We do not sell or share your financial data with third parties. 2. SERVICE LIMITATIONS We provide the App on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 100% database consistency, we are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device hardware failure, operating system conflicts, or database synchronization anomalies. 3. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal financial tracking. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the App's background sync and API systems. 4.
